2. Purchases & Payments
All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable VAT where required. Once a payment is confirmed, you will receive a delivery email containing your download links and access instructions to the address provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price change applies only to purchases made after the change takes effect.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Foundation course, contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available for QSPro software licences that have been activated, or for any digital materials that have been downloaded and where access has been used.
4. Licence & Intellectual Property
All course materials, QSPro software, templates, and content provided through the Service are owned by Academy by Carnaby and protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own development and self-build projects. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share access to any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
5. Use of QSPro & Third-Party Tools
QSPro and any third-party tools or services accessed through the Service are subject to their own terms and licences. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any software complies with its applicable licence terms.
